The "Enhanced Stormsurge" augment increases the granted stat bonuses from all storm spells (except Voidstorm) by +1 per merit, bringing the grand total to +12 with 5/5 Stormsurge merits. The enhanced Voidstorm will increase all stats by an additional +3 for a grand total of +6 with 5/5 merits. Specifically, the first, third, and fifth merit in stormsurge increase Voidstorm by +2 each with Argute Loafers +2 equipped.

You need to wear the +2 Loafers upon completion of casting the storm spell for the augment to take effect, but you do not need to keep them equipped to maintain it.

Af feet have 5%/5% timer reductions in aligned Arts/Spells.

Tough call if you only have room for one.
