Memory limitations only allow 5 stat groups per piece...
This one has:
1: DEF: 20
2: HP+5%
3: STR+7 DEX+7
4: Increases "Counter" attack
5: Enhances "Counterstance" damage.
One of those pieces that will annoy me, because you have to choose between Kick Damage and Counter Damage (Kick Damage has more utility, as you obviously don't need to be tanking to benefit from it).
Also, these still serve there most important role, enhancing Counterstance.
Pretty sure they'll also be a great WS piece for the new H2H Weaponskill.
Seeing how the "Enhances dual wield" On Ninja body has been upgraded from its +1 counterpart. And the RDM body has went from 10%-12% I would be willing to assume that these would give counterstance +12% instead of 10.
