Since you need to have Fast Cast equipment on when casting starts, you'd either need to full time these or have amazing timing.

Otherwise these are limited to A->Nuke->D and I guess the MAcc is a bonus.

at 99 you dont need the +2 af3 pants to get access to spells so these are a sidegradeish move if you idle far away and nuke with blm i guess fastcast can be good they offer same magicacc as AF2 +3
