It should be noted that SCH can equip these, whereas SCH cannot equip Zenith Pumps +1.
Max augment on Zenith+1 are 4% Cure Potency, and 7% Cure Spellcasting Time.
Iaso boots come with the innate 4% potency, and the honor augment is Cure Spellcasting time of 5% on NQ, and 6% on HQ.
It should be noted that neither cure spellcasting time nor cure potency are the "guaranteed HQ augment" on zenith pumps. Therefore, the cure potency/spellcasting on zenith can only occur on an HQ3 synergy, that also happens to choose two "common pool augments" as opposed to random pool. Moreover, you must also /random both Cure pot AND spellcasting out of the 4 possible "common pool" augments. You could literally burn 1000 tatters and not even see cure potency/spellcasting in the same augment, let alone having both appear near max potency.
Just adding a little perspective regarding how much of a pain it is to get an augment anywhere close to Iaso's potency/spellcasting on zenith pumps
zenith pumps hq and nq with augment can be better than these w/o augment (maybe with as well?) and most likely significantly cheaper. As far as WHM and SCH go, gaiters will prolly be cheaper as well, maybe even cheaper to get gaiters + zenith pumps with more cure power.
@Prometheus, W.Legs+Serpentes Sabots give refresh only half of the time, whereas This+Subligar/Nares Trews will give refresh all the time while keeping move speed.
