I would have to say this is an interesting Blade Hi piece over koga +2 now when paired with the body for ws with the set bonus. Between the 2 of them you replace Loki's and hachi feet while gaining more dex, agility, accuracy, and crit hit rate

Given that the set bonus appears to be decent, I'm willing to say that these could be good Blade: Hi feet when paired with another piece of the set. However, the only other piece worth using for Blade: Hi is the body, so you'll need that for this to be a good option. Without it, Koga Kyahan +2 are generally preferable.

As I mentioned in my previous comment, these are great evasion feet and also have quite a few uses for BLU.
