For anyone wondering about the "Decreases movement speed" on these, it's pretty severe. Closer to a full Gravity effect than a small % decrease like Dusk gear etc.

Aside from running @ walk speed, and fleeing @ normal run speed with these:
Why is there no market for Abaia? ALL JOBS, highest pdt avaiable on feet slot and I think it's the highest DEF (useless stat I know) too. anyone not organized enough to do NNI can get these in a relatively short time, and phorcys is not equipable by all jobs anyway.
