These boots fall short for being upgraded Nashira Crackows. They're overshadowed by Rubeus Boots, Job Specific Boots and many other options. The Conserve MP+4 and tiny bit of extra stats they add to original Nashira, make these boots unworthy of wearing.

If you get your hands on an Arch-Ultima's Tail, you'd be better off making a pair Shedir Crackows. Even if you don't play Summoner...

Looks like an upgrade to blessed+1 feet for WHM.

While not a huge improvement, they are still better than nashira and I would say these beat Rubeus for elemental magic.
