They can also replace Mending Cape with Alaunus's Cape (so long as it has MND +20) and drop down to Enmity -44. An Esper Stone +1 can be added in the Ammo slot to bring you back up to Enmity -49. WHMs with Janniston Ring can simply swap that in place of Kuchekula Ring without worry.
