Reprisal Recast?

I'm pretty out of the loop having just started rebuilding pld from a 2 year vacation, but when did Reprisal's recast drop to 1m? You can full time it now which is amazing.

It's still 3 minutes? You just are more likely to have reduced recast through magic/gear haste which at capped puts it just under 1 min recast

Can get it as low as 36 seconds if you cap recast reduction with haste/fc, but that's not practical. 1m cooldown and/or increased duration with gear can help you fulltime it.

If you left for ~3 years, you might be remembering that Reprisal had a cap on damage taken before it would wear off. It is not full-time capable in the right circumstances which is insane.

I honestly think I may have stumbled across it completely by accident, the recast time is either 59 or 60 seconds so it looked like they adjusted something, but you're right I was also remembering the HP rule to it as well so I probably confused the two.
