On a high level what situations would you stack each?
Enfeebling Potency, Magic Accuracy, vs Enfeebling Skill
I am assuming Macc when the mob is resistant or high level? But when Enfeebling Skill?

On a high level what situations would you stack each?
Enfeebling Potency, Magic Accuracy, vs Enfeebling Skill I am assuming Macc when the mob is resistant or high level? But when Enfeebling Skill? Potency for low level mobs I assume I'm not a RDM pro but I think first and foremost it depends on the spell we're talking about.
Very few spells are affected by Enfeebling Skill beyond the natural cap at level 99 (meaning enf skill will only grant ~0.9 macc per point, but no potency). Most but not all spells are affected by Enf potency. All spells are of course affected by Macc but the problem is for those slots where Enf Potency conflicts with Macc gear options. I THINK skill is only primarily stacked for Frazzle/Distract these days. Distract III caps at something like, 610, and Frazzle III 624 skill.

Most Potency gear is also highest macc/enfeeblingskill pieces. +2 neck JSE cape +3 empy body +3 relic boots The only slot where is barely matters I guess is ammo, where Regal gem has 25macc less than Ullr, but that's it. Even AF+3 body doesn't have much over empy +3 now and only spell that really needs skill is Frazzle and Distract. Frazzle III caps at 625 skill. ML50 RDM will have 628 skill just with:
Which means you can use almost all enfeebling duration gear beside Regal hands and all enfeebling potency too. If you dont care about weapon switch, then there is 25 more skill there from staff+grip, that lets you be at lower ML for this. Magic accuracy matters for everything but inundation.
Enfeebling Potency works for basically any spell with variable potency Dias (increases the dot but not the defense down) Paralyzes (increase potency) Slows (increases potency) Gravitys (increases potency) Addles (increase potency) Blinds (increases potency) Distracts (increases potency) Frazzles (increases potency) This leaves out spells like sleep, break, silence, and dispel. Bio is dark magic and based on dark magic skill. Skill adds to magic acc but also can improve potency to a few spells the only ones where you really need to stack skill gear to cap are Distract III (610 cap) Frazzle III (625 cap) poison spells (uncapped?) |
