Hello,

I was curious about the above topic, I've seen some very powerful augs for the Reisenjima nuking gear and wondered if the HQ Amalric is better, even or under. Thoughts? I dont have either(yet) but am interested in the folks who do and/or the thoughts of the community. Thanks in advance

The optimal magic burst set is Merlinic head/body/feet and Amalric +1 hands/legs. However, as Skudo said, that will likely change tomorrow.

I believe it's still Almaric hands and Merlinic Head,body,legs and feet.

amalric body, hands, legs +1, merlinic feet/head.

alternatively you can use amalric feet +1 and grioavolr with good augments

for SURE

Alamric +1 of body/legs/hands
Merlinic Head

Feet can go either way depending on Augments of Merlin Feet/Griovolr

I think with perfect/insane merlinic augments, you can actually swap out both Amalric Doublet +1 and Amalric Nails +1 and use Grio/Friomisi/Shiva +1, possibly Toro Cape too.
