NPC's And PCs Are Invisible!!!

so got a new laptop.. Sony Vaio e series
i5 proc 6gb ram and intel hd4000 video. problem is.. none of the characters show up now i tried opening POL as admin UAC's are on lowest setting antivirus/firewall off.. thought maybe a file was corrupt so did a reinstall and same thing... nothing idk what to do! help!!!
btw running windows 8!

The Intel HD 4000 drivers aren't compatible with ffxi ATM. You'll either have to use another card or wait until they release a new driver and hope it work. I have the same issue on my new laptop too.
