My point wasn't on grammar. It's the point that you think they owe you something outside of the ability to play their game. You said the word "should"... that implies your entitled to something. Using the word "could" implies that they owe you nothing, and out of the kindness of their heart; they COULD give you additional features/functions.
Grammar has nothing to do with it, your mental state with the ideology that you have a say in their production is the problem.
I could give my children extra time on their ipads tonight.
I "should" give them extra time? gtfo
