I don't really have any answers for you. It's also not an official addon so less people look into things. We did ping Ivaar about it though but they took forever to respond with the last slip change that happened so who knows. Not on the games update, but looks like the recent windower update messed up battlemod in some way. ...Recent being in the last week or so, no crashed characters all week, that's super rare.

Do you use the autostack option of treasury? the way it does the stacking interferes sometimes with battlemod, giving wrong info. Yes, but in literal hundreds of thousands of instances I have never once seen that happen. It has to be related to the update I got this morning when a character crashed.
Or a 1/10000000000000000th chance that finally occurred etc Either way, it's not a big deal, but if something is messed up, it serves as the notice. it happened 2 times in that pic the tufts (in plural) with no number is the common one.
If it's a common thing, it is what it is then. I just had never seen it.
99% of the time I hit //pouches on all screens and don't even look. After another set, I got a (bunch) of singular plurals but no 12's I just came back from a long break. Now gearswap is not working properly. It shows to have loaded but somehow not reading my luas.
Any help would be great Bahamut.Teroku said: » I just came back from a long break. Now gearswap is not working properly. It shows to have loaded but somehow not reading my luas. Also returning after an extensive break. I'm finding that sparks addon isn't working. it says something about not in a zone with valid npc. Any help would really be appreciated. Thanks.
Since the update, having GearSwap loaded makes it impossible to use the Relinquish JA in Monstrosity and can occasionally cause client crashes. Unloading gearswap fixes the problem. I know Monstrosity is everyone's top priority and have no doubt this will be fixed asap.
Are you on the dev version of Windower, or the live version?
Heads up, the treasury addon can fail to work/throw error after this latest patch. If you're having issues, go open your addons\treasury\data\settings.xml file, and see if you have any mention of any of these items in there:
https://www.bg-wiki.com/ffxi/June_2021_Version_Update_Changes/Existing_Items If you do, you'll have to either remove the item from your settings.xml, or manually edit the name to reflect the change. Have fun. it wouldn't be so bad if the xml wasn't so poorly formatted...

Does anyone lost configuaration of XI-view about cursor and the text type ? Themes background menu are still working but not for the macros i did replace the rom file with rom file from XI-view after update and restart my computer but nothing change...
I keep seeing the following when zoning:
Code MountRoulette: Lua runtime error: MountRoulette/MountRoulette.lua:52: atempt to index local 'ki' (a nil value) Probably broken from the update. Is the may '21 XI view still sufficient (it should be no UI changes)
Asura.Eiryl said: » Is the may '21 XI view still sufficient (it should be no UI changes) Yea, nothing was changed on this update so last version is ok Ragnarok.Kenshi said: » Asura.Eiryl said: » Is the may '21 XI view still sufficient (it should be no UI changes) Yea, nothing was changed on this update so last version is ok I tried reinstalling XI View, and while all the fonts and icons worked, I couldn't get the opaque-black window type (#2) to work. Any idea how to fix that? It's showing the default #2 which is a gray stone texture overlay. Thanks Offline

Thanks The themes are a different dat, it has nothing to do with the fonts and icons and they are not in my XiView version, so you gotta check the caradog one. It seems the pointwatch addon is reporting negative values for time remaining in Abyssea zones. Haven't tested it in dynamis areas.

Have you tried the instructions in the readme? https://github.com/mverteuil/windower4-addons/blob/master/pointwatch/FIXING%20POINTWATCH.txt No one reads those, just like terms of service.

This definitely does fix the issue though so thank you. |
