Yessss, so true. I once dressed my ex up as a gothic Lolita, and there was a date auction thing, and a guy dressed as Phoenix Wright bought him. We had a good time with him he was awesome. :O

But yes, it's easy to go up and approach someone in a costume. I also highly recommend wearing one yourself if you want to meet people.

Have you ever seen those water soluble pills with little dinosaurs crammed in em that would plump up once you applied water?
that's pretty much how my ideal sombrero would work.
tiny for maneuverability and large for good old fashioned comfort.
