it has connection issues every now and then, but its a good server im loving it so far

im a VIP on my irl friends survival server.

jawacraft.com, donaters get a VIP position which grants added commands than non VIPs.

vanilla is best but apple plugin for trees is always good for food early on

would switching from bucket to vanilla mean il have to make a new world?

vanilla means run without plugins or mods that alter the original feel of mc doesnt matter how you run it per say worldguard hawkeye lockette things like that used if you know people wont rob you blind.

apple tree plugin i can say is still good for a vanilla setting because apples arent game breaking coming off a tree makes sense really.

just let people with premium accounts get extra bonuses or something

edit: some of the antixray plugins cause a huge amount of lag so it'll probably take some exerimenting on that, i cant say which exact antixray plugin some people run cause i dont know x.x

i have a friend who used to run a nice server but shut it down after he lost interest.

Got this game the other day, enjoying it immensely.

Now i've decided to delve into the world of Mods, and I have my eyes on a couple. Though when following the install instructions for them, when I start the game I get a black screen. Ive installed fresh many time with no success ; ;

Yes I tried ModLoader as well.
Also, I have 1.8.1 Beta I think.

Mods I wanted to try:

FancyPack
TooManyItems
BioSphere

If anyone can make a RAR/ZIP archive with any version of the game, with these mods installed that WORK, PM me~

only mods i use are toomanyitems, optifine, and tall trees are tall(awesome mod)

I think you need to update to version 1.1. Not sure why you aren't there. Anyways, unless you download a mod that is meant for 1.8.1 then it won't work. Most of those are at 1.1 now.

Did you delete the META-INF folder from your minecraft.jar?

I got black screen until I realized that I forgot to do this. From that point forward any software problems resulted in "Minecraft has crashed!"

Hardcore Survival Server!

Rules are simple, griefing and pvp are allowed. Chests are only protected by the sword in your hand! No mods or hacks allowed. Death = 5 day ban! Starter kit is only a fishing rod! Spawn protection for 30 minutes! Spawn refills hunger!

For free fish you can /referredby (name of a person online thats nice to you)


Friendly server, until you cross out of spawn then your most likely on your own! Hermits tend to live longer, as trusting someone usually = death.

I built a massive wall sort of inspired by game of thrones. The server resets every 2~ months, the end is resetted on request for exp or dragon fighting fun

Why are you banned for dying? Defeats the purpose of playing a game for fun.

Also, is Minecraft weird in lower numbers = better version? Isnt 1.8 higher than 1.1? /confused.
