Random Thoughts.....What are you thinking?
Everyone is different when it comes to wisdom teeth(or any pain for that matter, lol). Not trying to scare you here, but my cousin was in so much pain when she got hers taken out she'd wake up practically screaming from it when her pain meds wore off. It was actually really startling when I was sitting next to her. >.>;

When I was 16 Iswas told I needed them out but my parents had no insurance on me and couldn't pay the 2 grand they wanted on the day of surgery. I've had some issues with them but I really just forgot that they were the issue. "Honey those HAVE to come OUT" from the dentist today made me go "oh... duh" All I've heard from anyone is ***about dry socket and how it makes you want to die.
I love it when I receive gift cards :| then I inevitably hate it when I have to decide what I want to blow it on ... WHY ... WHY MUST YOU DO THIS TO ME :(
Dental is free here until you're 18 :I

that's ONLY if you get dry socket, if you don't take care of it after it's done you will get it, if you are good about taking care of it, you most likely will not get it.

I had a dry socket, when the vicodin wore off it was hell lol so then i took more lol constant pain for a like a week but then it went away, it might hurt for a bit but in the long run its worth it
I got free dental with my insurance until I was 18, now they tell you to *** off when it comes to dental :|

Thankfully I never had a "Dry socket" from the 4 teeth I've had out but I know someone who did get dry and it was not a very pleasant experience

I haven't, but a buddy of mine did. He went to one of the more expensive places(and he picked the dentist with a jewish name..) and had all 4 taken out. He said it took them 45 minutes from the time they knocked him out to the time they woke him up. No pain and they did the whole lazer thing to the gums to make to close up to heal faster, he was 100% 5 days later. Had no pain the day after the surgery.
I have another friend who went to a normal dentist.. she was miserable afterwards and now she has a hard time drinking ice cold drinks.

I have insurance now cuz of the galka, it'll be like $5 for me lol
I always put things off til they absolutely must be done or I'll die (or something else bad). I'd rather get this done now than have the surgery when I'm trying to take care of a newborn since I'll already suck at that lol

I had the glory of having mine out without surgery. They gave me some Novocaine shots and just yanked them out basically... one of the cracked into pieces, that sucked.
Overall, not the worst pain I have ever done... but it wasn't exactly painless either. They bleed like no tomorrow and you can't use a straw or really chew right for a couple of weeks.
After a couple of days though, it hurt less then when they were in... so was well worth it.

Guess I should read up on dry socket lol I just assumed it was something that happened when you got them out, not something that MIGHT happen. Any friend I have that had theirs cut out all had dry socket lol

Hmm, way my dentist told me is I have to just keep it clean and sterile (well ... for a mouth I guess >.>)
there again I was young, I can't recall everything.

I won't go to a dentist again without insurance :| I'd rather just pay for a cheapy insurance that covers cleanings and small ***then pay out the nose again lol.

Mine are impacted, I assume that's why she wants them out fast. I'd like to be knocked out for it cuz I HATE people in my face for any amount of time, but idk if I can have those drugs. Seems like I got some research to do so I'm not all freakin out lol
Searching around Depths for a bonfire and rats (almost have 10, thx again for that advice) run into Gaping Dragon hit recall bone as fast as humanly possible saying NOPE NOPE NOPE NOPE. xD

I was knocked out, if they're impacted they have to surgically remove them, not just pop them out (I think...)

Yeah mine were impacted and was advised to have them out, worse thing really is all the blood/spit afterwards for a day and breath of death :D
it was fun the first night back at home. One of the blood clots came out, blood EVERYWHERE lol

lol I had that both with my wisdom teeth and recently my tonsils :| seriously smelled and tasted like I had a turd stuck back there :|
