Do you even lift?

It kinda has spun out of hand and is more used as a comedic reference outside of the /fit/ boards now. I myself see it used more often to actually make fun of the overuse of the meme itself (by overusing it). Usually posted in response to stupid ***that doesn't even fit the meme.
