Inventory issues, I use Aesir on other jobs, where as Centaurus is limiting to select few jobs.

Interested what peoples damage is like outside abyssea, excluding double attacks, I'm actually more impressed by the weaponskill outside abyssea then inside, cause anyone can stack a ***load of AGI gear and hit decent numbers with the thing.

Out of curiousity, is that with Rage on or off?

Here's what I put together -

The salade has AGI+4 WSD+2%/DEX+4 Crit hit damage +2% augments. I'm kind of unsure about belt whether or not to use Warwolf, Crudelis or Anguinus.

my outside abyysea set, puts me at DEX 139 AGI 117 STR 109

looking to eventually pick up Iga hands today or tomorrow now that we're done building base Ukons.. >_>

And the way the game checks for your next attack (QA, TA, DA, OaT) being last, triple and double attack over take it and would proc over it making the effect (40%) diminish slightly.
Why use an Aesir over a Centaurus? Its only 3 attack... But that ***is like 30k
Stuff like that for me is minimal enough to not be worth the -1 inv slot

fSTR and dDEX in one piece? for outside I'd say its worth it, when I'm not planning on doing ***outside I can atleast store it on my AF+1 slip where as I can't store that earring or my aesir, unless I wanted to sit in my mog house sifting through my d.box every time I wanted to take out centaurus for when I wanted to play NIN.

and done with zerk / warcry down, had red curry on tho.

So i have a question, do you still have the chance to do double dmg if you have the Tobi+1/2 or is it only on the Kannagi?

Only Kannagi. Tobi doesn't have the Aftermath.

I about have my Hi set for outside of abyssea dialed in. I've started eating Red Curry Buns. Which has allowed me to adjust my gear set and am pulling off consistent 2.3k-3.4k Hi's. I don't stack as much AGI in WS set as I used to and my accuracy has improved seven-sold dmg has gone up as well. This is all with Tobi+2. I'll see if I can make my TP/WS set and link it here for you.

Edit: Here is my set.

I know this is blade Hi WS set thread, but i can't help but notice one thing that i have a problem with. Might just be a personal problem because i'm also a dancer but...

If you're a Ninja, have access to Anwig Salade, and generally tend to solo as ninja, I love the Waltz-2 timer on that hat. I wouldn't even trade it for a minor dmg boost on Blade Hi. I don't have Blade Hi yet but I'm very close, 40/50 helm 38/50 skin or something like that and have thought about altering my hat a lot.
For what it gives you i think the Anwig is much better off with that for your lv3 Waltz and healing waltz. -2 seconds on waltz3 is as broken on dancer as it is on every job that can effectively sub dancer.

Just my Opinion =/

How does this look for outside-Hi?

I don't own Hope Torque, so I'd use Soil gorget, but I think this could be one of the best setups.
and yes, if I ever redo AMKD, I'd make it a waltz-/-mdt piece.

Do you have a parse or screenies of said damage? seems very over exaggerated / eyeballing. Also what kind of mobs?

well I didnt want to be so blunt with it. Specially using backwards gear like helm / legs and breeze ring outside of abyssea.

Averaging that much outside Abyssea is... yeah. And I'm really not seeing it with that gearset.

I'd probably trade Leonine Mask and Iga Dochugappa for deceit mask and Atheling Mantle. Depends on dDEX etc. Solid set overall though.

I would go with something like this outside aby. Might have to try out some sets when we can get back in game :/

Good to see I have a non-Abyssea set without even knowing it.

However, would you still use Lithe over Hachiryu outside?

Capping dDEX is critical to getting the best numbers out of Hi, so the 6 DEX on Lithe is pretty nice outside Abyssea.

Well I'm still only on the first stage of my kannogi (Lv 80 ATM) but I have been thinking about what to use for my WS set as soon as I finish the trial. Just working with the stuff I have right now this is what I have put together.

Still looking for an earring to replace the Iga piece, and I know that there are some Ambusher's hose that look nice, gonna check those out after finishing the trial.
Thanks for the advice.
edit: just wanted to mention that I only have the +1 hands so far but you get the idea.

XIAH item sets are quirky about main/offhand weapons, can be a pain to get weapons in the proper hand.

No I'm not offhanding it, it just sorted the weapon that way when applying an item set.

Trying a little too hard to troll, Anoo.

Item-sets are a bit weird. Putting your off-hand first, and then your main-hand typically works. I've had situations where it didn't.
