Hi is agi based unless u need the att from str katana which you shouldnt since no NM matter now at all

2k+ HI's with kamome on anything that matters is quite respectable for a katana outside of lolabyss.
Trying to do more damage is dumb guys.
Only need str att if enemy def is super high which 99% arn't

Wiki is a user submitted infobase, just because it's not listed there, doesn't mean it doesn't exist as an augment.
I got these augments on my alt.
I've also seen a few players ingame with AGI+5 on their S.Kote.
It does seem like a random pool augment as it took me 60+ attempts, and this was the only one with AGI on it.

its not fake.... i see no reason to post a fake SS. You need to look up how augment system works before calling other a liar.
you allways have 1 HQ augment (on Kote its sTP) and 4 different common augment. And beside those you allways can get random augments look here:

we had really luck on this, was the 1st HQ3 he got, after hmm i think 7 or 8 trys... guess this is the exchange for about 120 byakko pants augments without even getting max crit dmg+ :(
